Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your booking, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a canselation, you must prove us the reason of canselation. After we get your reason we will inform you about what can  we do or can not

Additional non-refundable bookings:

  • Flight Tickets
  • Bus tickets ( 24 hours before the departure the date, Time or Destination change possible)
  • Tour booking ( 24 hours before the departure changing date, changing tour will be possible)

To complete your booking, we require some more informations of each travellers for the Hes Code.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:


Once your canselation request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your canselation request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced tours or bus tickets may be refunded. Sale tours or bus tickets cannot be refunded.


We are able to change your travel date, Travel destinations, and time of departure if you send a request 24 hours before the departure. If you need to change date, time and destinations, send us an email at {email address} and send us your new dates,times and destinations
